I believe it's a far more intelligent way to talk about the collection of technologies that make up the metaverse.  All these technologies are on different adoption profiles.   They really need to be analyzed independently while being collected in one technology bucket for forecasting purposes.  Going forward I'll use Immersive Commerce and Metaverse interchangably.
