The 3 main challenges traditional companies face:

1. The technology stack is built in a very traditional classic stack system
2. Lack of Flexibility to integrate the latest technologies
3. Maintenance – legacy systems require more cost to maintain

The combination of these three challenges chokes out the ability of traditional firms to recruit and hold onto fresh talent that want to work with modern technology.
